Hello!
I’m Regan Rodig
LMT, PTA, NASM-CPT
I was born and raised in beautiful Southeast Alaska and have had the opportunity to call various communities in the state my home. I developed my passion for massage therapy as a child, when my mom attended massage school and would practice her techniques on me.
With more than two decades in the health and medical industry, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and experience, along with the privilege of learning from and collaborating with professionals such as chiropractors, physical therapists, dentists, naturopathic doctors, and acupuncturists.
In 2021, I completed my education to become a Physical Therapist Assistant because I wanted to equip myself with a deeper understanding of how to help people get out of pain long-term. I love physical therapy but realized massage therapy is my true passion and that I was meant to integrate my experience and education into what I now offer at Innate Balance Bodywork.
When I'm not focused on my work, I am happiest when hiking, weightlifting, reading, playing cards, volunteering, drinking tea, and especially when spending time with my husband, two amazing kids, and our hilarious dogs, Rigby, Poppy, and Olive.
I meet you where you’re at, by working with you to create a session where you feel safe + connected
Massage therapy is where my passion and heart lie. I feel honored that my practice allows me to reconnect clients with their bodies and lives with the freedom to design sessions to suit each person’s needs. Being able to support the whole person with a holistic approach, in a cozy and nurturing environment, I can use my knowledge and experience to help people on their journeys in meaningful ways. We will work together so you can release mental and physical tension in a place that feels safe for you.
Alex
“Regan is always warm, welcoming, and open. The biggest thing that sets her apart is that she truly cares about making you feel better. I truly feel rejuvenated after a session with her.”
